Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour Hotel

The view from our room was amazing! We could see the iconic Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge right from our window. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, making us feel right at home.

A warm welcome awaited me at Pullman, with personalized attention and a complimentary bottle of champagne for my anniversary. The location was perfect, close to the opera house and botanical gardens. The spa bath and amazing view added to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to the Opera House. I arrived at 10am and was actually surprised when they had my room ready at 11:30am. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view of the harbour. The hotel is conveniently located near the Opera House and other top restaurants.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel had an excellent location, just a short walk from Circular Quay station, making it easy to travel to other parts of the city by public transport. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and had stunning views of the city.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel was in need of an update and that certain areas, such as the carpet and bathroom, were not cleaned properly.

The location of this hotel is truly impressive. Situated right on the harbour with stunning views of Sydney bridge, it offers a picturesque setting that is hard to beat. The hotel is conveniently located just off the city centre in Circular Quay, providing easy access to public transport and the theatre. the rooms are comfortable, and some even offer a small kitchenette, which can be useful for longer stays.

The hotel seems to be showing its age and is in dire need of an overhaul.

The view from our room was very nice, with a perfect lookout of the iconic landmarks. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and attractions. Another advantage was the spaciousness of the apartment, providing ample space for our family.

Sadly, the apartment itself was disappointing. It appeared dated and worn, with scuff marks and worn-out carpet.

Amazing view, helpful staff, great facilities, complimentary champagne and birthday card, perfect for families.
